Mediante el uso de reactivos e indicadores de macromoléculas (Biuret, Benedict, Sudán III y lugol), los y las estudiantes identificaron lípidos, carbohidratos y proteínas en alimentos de uso diario como huevo, leche, uvas, nueces y aceite.
